You can share preferences (such as gender), but we’ll match you to a counsellor based on your needs and goals.

Q: ❓ What if I’m on a low income, benefits, or pension?

We offer low-cost counselling . After your consultation, we’ll work together to agree a weekly fee that is manageable, usually £22–£29 per session (upon approval).

Q: ❓ What days will my counselling sessions take place?

Sessions are arranged around your availability and our slots. We start as early as 9am and the last session begins at 8pm .

Q: ❓ If I do my consultation online, will sessions also be online?

No. You can choose whether to continue online or in-person . Just let your assessor know during your initial consultation.

How do I get started with counselling?

Book a 50-minute consultation to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and explore the best next steps with a therapist in a supportive, confidential space.
Please arrive 15-minutes earilier to complete registration.

How long is the waiting time?

Our current waiting time is 2–3 weeks, and our team is here to support you and answer any questions in the meantime.

How much will it cost?

The initial consultation is £30. Ongoing weekly sessions range from £30–£50 based on income, with low-cost options (£22–£29) available for those who qualify – just mention it during your consultation.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation appointment will not be refunded, and a further £30 consultation fee will be chargeable for future bookings.

Our offices are on the first and second floors with steep stairs. If you have mobility issues, online therapy or an online assessment may be a better option.

For initial consultations, no additional individuals or pets are allowed unless assisting. Please have them leave afterward. Thank you.
